Kotva · powered by Claude (Anthropic)
Find your way out of burnout — with a personal AI companion, not another book.
An interactive protocol to calm your nervous system.
When you’re running on empty, the last thing you have energy for is 800 pages of stress theory. So we built Kotva: the science of nervous-system recovery, turned into 19 short, interactive steps. You get just what to do today — guided by a personal AI companion, powered by real Claude (Anthropic), that moves at your pace.
…and one is rarely enough.
Explore the program, the paths, and the tools — and take the test. Free, no account.

What you get
Seven books (800+ pages) distilled into a practical program — plus tools and an AI companion that work together. Everything in one place, right when you need it.
What Kotva stands on
No promises of miracles. Just methods with evidence behind them — arranged so you use them, not study them.
Science, not opinions
The methods come from proven approaches — ACT, DBT, and modern nervous-system science. Distilled from 7 books, not one person’s opinion.
Real AI, not scripts
The companion runs on Claude (Anthropic). It reads your journal and your history and responds to you — not with canned chatbot lines.
Honest limits
Kotva complements therapy, it doesn’t replace it. We tell you plainly what it isn’t — and when it’s worth reaching for a real person.
What’s behind the companion
The companion runs on Claude (Anthropic) — one of the most capable AI models available. But the strength isn’t only in the model.
- It stands on the science — it doesn’t improvise from random opinions, it works from proven methods (ACT, DBT, nervous-system theory).
- It carries the holistic approach of all seven books — the same method the whole program is built on.
- It reads your context — your burnout assessment, your mood, your journal — and responds to you personally.
- It remembers over time, respects its limits, and in a crisis points you to real help — it doesn’t wing it.
Who it’s for
For you, if you feel emptied out — and no one around you understands why.
For you, if you wake up more tired than when you went to bed, and coffee doesn’t touch it anymore.
For you, if cynicism has crept in where things used to matter.
Not for you if you’re after a quick fix. This takes time — but less than carrying on the way you have been.
What Kotva is
A seven-part program
From understanding what’s happening to a sustainable life on the other side of it. Not one cure — a system.
Interactive exercises
Breathing techniques, body scans, guided meditations, a journal with semantic search, worksheets. Not just text to read.
A companion that remembers
An AI companion that knows what you’re working on, what’s helped you before, what you wrote in your journal. A mirror that walks with you.
Made for you
Three possible paths — emergency, recovery, supportive. You start from what you actually need right now.
What you’ll find inside
Seven parts, 19 modules, 78 lessons. Distilled from 800+ pages — arranged so you apply it, not just read it.

Who’s behind Kotva
My name is Lyudmil. I’m part of the team behind the books Kotva grew out of — seven volumes and one holistic approach to burnout.
I’ve been through burnout myself. Honestly — it still visits. I don’t believe in “I beat it, the end”; recovery is something you live with, not a finish line. So I won’t promise you a miracle — only tools I use myself.
While we were writing the books, one thought wouldn’t leave me: the person who needs this most has no energy to read it. 800 pages are just another mountain when you’re at the edge. The knowledge was there — but locked inside too many words, for far too little energy.
So we built Kotva. Not another book — but what we know works, turned into something you can do. One small step, exactly when that’s all you’ve got.

Frequently asked questions
Is this therapy?
No. Kotva doesn’t replace a therapist and isn’t a medical service — it’s a practical companion: tools, small steps, and an AI that walks with you every day. When something is bigger than it can hold, we say so plainly and point you onward. It works comfortably alongside therapy.
I’ve tried other things that didn’t work. Why would this be different?
Honestly — we don’t promise a miracle. The difference is that Kotva doesn’t hand you another theory to read, but small, doable steps and a companion that remembers your path. And since the test and the program are free to explore, you can see for yourself before you spend anything.
How is this better than free AI like ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a blank page — you have to know what to ask. Kotva is the system around the same class of AI: it’s grounded in the science of seven books, knows where you’re starting from (the assessment), remembers what you wrote, and gives you the next concrete step — not general advice. Plus clear limits and real guidance in a crisis.
How much time does it take a day?
Not much — usually 5–10 minutes. Kotva is built for exactly the days when you have nothing left: one clear step, not a reading marathon. You go at your own pace; nothing is chasing you.
Is there a subscription or hidden fees?
No. You pay once, and access is for life. No monthly fees, no upsells, no add-ons — free updates included.
What happens right after I pay?
Access unlocks as soon as your payment goes through. Then you start with the short assessment, which shows you your path and your first small step. Come back whenever you like — access is for life.
Can I use it privately? Who sees what I write?
The assessment and browsing need no account. To save your progress and use the companion you’ll need an email — but what you write is yours. The companion reads only your own context to respond to you personally, no one is judging you, and you can delete everything at any time.
What if it doesn’t help?
You’re covered by a full 14-day guarantee. If it’s not for you, email us and we’ll refund everything. No questions, no conditions.
What if I’m in a serious crisis right now?
Kotva is not emergency care. If you’re in danger, call your local emergency number right away. Inside you’ll also find crisis resources, and the companion recognizes hard moments and points you to a real person.
