When you need support now
Kotva is a tool. But sometimes you need a person — a trained person. That’s normal. And it’s brave.

Talking to a professional
If you’d benefit from ongoing support, a good first step is your doctor (GP) or a licensed therapist. In the US, the SAMHSA helpline (1-800-662-4357) can point you to local services; in the UK, your GP can refer you to NHS talking therapies.
When to reach for a professional
